Winter Menu

It's finally here, the launch of BisBari's 2009-10 Winter Menu !!!

We've introduced new dishes in all our menu categories so browse our menu pages and see what's new for this winter.

One thing you'll notice is the addition of Gourmet Fish Dishes to our permanent menu. We've had quite a few requests for fish over the last few months so as part of our current expansions, we decided to offer BisBari's cuisine to those who eat fish. Sure we're still the one to call when you need catering for the vegetarian / vegan community; but now you've got one more reason to choose BisBari for your next event.

As more and more people are discovering the great taste and service of BisBari-Healthy Bite, we are looking to expand and perhaps you, our faithful customers, can help. Do you know of a licensed, kosher, chalavi kitchen BisBari can use? BisBari is still looking for a suitable location to rent/sub-lease kitchen space in Jerusalem. We want to continue to grow and develop in order to provide you, our customers, with even better service. Here are the latest updates as BisBari is busy preparing for the winter

Winter Menu

As the days get shorter, the weather colder and (hopefully) rain begins to fall, there's no need to despair. This year's Winter Menu will include new items to help keep you warm during the winter season.

New soups, appetizers, entrees and desserts will be introduced, and, of course, there's also our regular favorites to choose from.

The launch of BisBari's Winter Menu is now set for Rosh Chodesh Kislev (Nov. 17th). Stay tuned and don't miss BisBari's Winter Menu Launch!

Shana Tova l'kulam

I hope you've had a great week.

I'm writing to let you know about a couple of updates on BisBari's website.

We've made a few design changes to allow room for our newest addition.

I'm very excited to announce that BisBari TV on YouTube, is now online!

You can view video testimonials directly from the site or on YouTube. Please feel free to pass on the link to others who would also be interested in hearing what people are saying about BisBari-Healthy Bite.

I've also added some more photos of dishes. You can see them on the following menu pages: Dips, Salads, Sides, Entree's and Desserts.

Don't forget that all orders for the first days of Chag Sukkot must be received by 2pm Wednesday 30th September.

Also, please keep in mind, that BisBari will be open extended hours throughout Chol Hamoed and the entire month of Tishrei.

As we change our clocks this Motzei Shabbat, orders for Hoshana Rabba/Simchat Torah must be received by no later than, 1pm Wednesday 7th October.

MENU

At BisBari, we're constantly trying out new recipes to provide you with new and exciting dishes. Since our Shavuout Specials were so popular, we've decided to add some of the items as permanent fixtures to our menu.

New soups, appetizers, salad/dips, entrees and desserts, perfect for the hot summer months. Fresh, light, invigorating and always healthy. In all, 14 new items have been added to our already popular menu.

GLUTEN FREE

In our continuing effort to provide our customers with the tastiest, freshest and most enticing dishes, we've added another category to our Menu Key. Gluten Free options are now easier to distinguish in helping you decide which of our dishes are suitable for you. Whenever you see an asterisk (*) next to a menu item, it means that that item is gluten free or you may opt for a gluten free version of that particular dish.

As we're constantly updating and making changes to our website, be sure you're seeing the most recent page by 'refreshing' the site during viewing.

PERSONAL CHEF

If you're looking for dishes beyond the scope of BisBari's regular menu, BisBari can provide you with Personal Chef Services.

Whether you suffer from allergies, food type intolerance or you simply don't like certain foods, BisBari will be happy to design a menu to suit your needs and tastes. Custom made meals are prepared in-home by your own personal chef, or you may also order take-away.

NEW OFFICE HOURS

Hi all

Please note that we are changing our hours of operation.

We will be opening & closing earlier during the week but, in addition, we will now be open on Fridays for your Shabbat meals.

The following are the new office hours at BisBari:

Just a few notes about our specials and ordering for Shavuot / Shabbat Naso:

We've added an option for many of you who can't eat gluten. You'll notice an (*) next to some of our Shavuot specials - this indicates that the dish is gluten free or can be made gluten free.

If you are entitled to a discount, we apologize but our Specials are not included in this offer or on delivery charges. You may still use your discount on our regular menu items.

If you require delivery, your order must be received by no later than 2:00 pm -Tuesday 26th May. Additional charges apply.

Here are the latest updates at BisBari - Healthy Bite:

KASHRUT

The biggest thing to announce is that we now have a 'mehadrin teudah kashrut' (kosher certificate) under the auspices of Nahalat Yitzhak. Nahalat Yitzhak is under the supervision of Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri.

SHAVUOT

We've been trying new things in the kitchen to provide you with a healthier, tastier and fresher menu for this year's Shavuot meals.

We're including items such as baked cheese blintzes, summer yoghurt soup and just wait till you see what we're offering for dessert!
